Nurse Practitioner 

Kimberly Zaydel, FNP-C, specializes in hormone therapy for men and women, medical weight loss, growth hormone peptide therapy, sexual health, and IV infusion therapy. She is board-certified in family practice from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her diverse professional background includes 27 years of nursing experience in the areas of Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Family Practice, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, and Men’s and Women’s Health. She has advanced training in peptide therapy from The American Academy of Anti-Aging. She is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement from The Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine. She is a certified injector from The American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is passionate about health promotion, disease prevention, fitness, faith, and family.

Eddie Almasi

Eddie Almasi is a first generation American with over 10 years in emergency medicine experience. He was an Army medic for 6 years than worked in the Emergency Department for 4 years. He transitioned to integrated medicine because he fell in love with the world of HRT and Peptides. When he isn’t working he spends his days hunting and fishing.

Tamara Jelici

Hormone consultant

Tamara Jelici has a degree in exercise physiology and is currently in nursing school. She enjoys snuggling up on the couch with a good movie or book. Some of her other favorite activities are road trips to the beach, cooking for her family and friends, hiking and lifting weights.

Kayla Palmer

Kayla Palmer brings more than ten years of tenure in providing excellent service to clients. She first embraced her enjoyment in medicine as a Veterinary Technician. That experience combined with a personal love for fitness led her to the health and wellness industry, where she continues to grow her knowledge and passion. When not at Innovation Health or the gym, Kayla enjoys adventures with her husband, spending time with their two cats, and being a foodie of her own specialties or the cuisines of her home in Lawrenceville.

Meet Alexandria, or “Lex”, our Patient Liaison who merges her background in personal training and yoga to offer holistic patient care. With years in the fitness realm, she recognizes the power of a balanced lifestyle for overall health. Her expertise aids patients in embracing healthier habits, valuing both physical fitness and mental tranquility. As a liaison, Alexandria couples her knowledge with empathy, ensuring each patient’s unique journey is met with the utmost care and support.

Shona Jackson

Hormone consultant, rn

Shona has always had a passion for patient education and empowering patients to take an active role in their own health and wellness. She has worked in a variety of nursing areas but she has found a perfect fit in the world of hormone replacement and peptide therapy. She is a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and when she isn’t at the clinic, she’s helping teach jiu-jitsu to kids ages 3 to 14. On her days off, you’ll probably find her crocheting something or binge-watching one of her favorite shows.
